A Piste is A Piste - Or Is It?!
Ski resorts need to be absolutely clear about what their various run designations mean, so that visitors can take appropriate precautions. You need to know that run shown in yellow on the map and labelled ski-route is marked out on the mountain, whether it is protected against avalanches and whether it benefits from end of day piste patrol.
